Beverly Regional Airport is a city-owned, public-use airport located in Beverly, Danvers and Wenham, Massachusetts, in Essex County, three nautical miles northwest of Beverly’s central business district.
Beverly, MA, was once known as the Royal Side, or Bass River Side, of infamous Salem, MA. After the Witch Trials, Beverly wished to separate itself from Salem, and in 1753, succeeded in becoming its own town.
